Costs

$50.00/teen - Early Online Registration (Now till January 15, 2012)
$55.00/teen - Regular Online Registration (January 15-29, 2012)
$60.00/teen - Late Online Registration (January 30-Feb. 3, 2012)
$65.00/teen - At-the-door Registration

Meals

Costs cover housing and meals for lunch and dinner and snacks on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. 

Housing Arrangements

Teens will be housed in cabins separate from the main conference lodge and adult teen leaders will serve as counselors and be assigned to each cabin to supervise the teens. Cabins will hold 9 including the teen leaders assigned to each cabin.
Boys will be in a separate cabin "village" or grouping from the girls' cabin location.  
Please bring a heavy coat to travel from the cabin to the main lodge. 
Cabins are heated w/bathroom, but bedding is required!

6:30-7:45 - Breakout Classes & Discussions:

Sunday

7:00-8:00 - wake up and clean up (dismissed by cabins for breakfast)
8:00-8:45am
- Breakfast
9:00-10am - QTs
10:30am
- Teen Led Church Service
12:00pm - Parents pick up teens
2:00pm - required to clear camp grounds 

 

Suggested Items to Bring:

  • Bedding and pillow (teens will be sleeping in bunk beds)
    Bedding is NOT proided. Cabins are heated, but I would suggest a sleep bag or a heavy comforter, too. 
  • Signed and completed Waiver (download the waiver form by clicking here.) 
  • Bible, notebook, and pen or pencil
  • Appropriate clothes and shoes for the weekend activities (if weather permits, we’ll be outside for a game)
  • Towel and personal toiletries
  • Warm coat to travel between cabins and main meeting building
  • Great attitude and spirit to fellowship, learn and grow!
